
–Martin Gonzalez-Flores, a 55-year-old Resident of San Luis Obispo, was arrested for the sexual assault of a 15-year-old female resident of San Luis Obispo, according to a press release sent by the San Luis Obispo Police Department.
On April 2, officers responded to a possible sex offense that occurred earlier in the morning. The 15-year-old victim reported that her mother’s boyfriend, Martin Gonzalez-Flores, sexually assaulted her. Officers arrived on scene and detained Martin Gonzalez-Flores, and after interviews with the victim and Martin Gonzalez-Flores, he was arrested and booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail on the following charges:
- Criminal threats
- Lewd act upon a child
- Forced oral copulation of a minor
- Sexual intercourse with a minor
- Sexual penetration by a foreign object
His bail was initially set at $100,000. On April 6, SLOPD detectives conducted additional follow up on this case. Based on new information and additional crimes being disclosed by the victim, Martin Gonzalez-Flores’ bail was increased to $1,000,000.
